This is a great dish for corn lovers. It compliments any meal.

Ingredients:

1 cup FRENCH'S® Cheddar French Fried Onions

1/2 tsp FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard

1/4 cup chopped onion

2 tbsp butter

2 tbsp flour

3/4 cup milk

16 oz canned corn (drained)

1 egg

Directions:

Saute onion in butter in a pan. Blend in flour, salt, pepper and 1/2 tsp. paprika. Cook until bubbly. Remove and add milk. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir. Add corn and egg (beaten). Pour into 1 quart baking dish (spray with non stick cooking spray). Top with crushed cheddar flavored onions. Bake 20-30 minutes or until lightly browned. Let sit 5 minutes prior to serving.
