Savory Sweet Pot Roast

This recipe always brings smiles to my family's faces because they don't even need a knife to cut the meat. It falls right apart, making it easy to eat for people of all ages. The meet has a great savory taste and the sauce that the beef roasted in is great to use over vegetable sides or as gravy for potatoes.

Ingredients:

1 tsp FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard

1 tsp FRENCH'S® Classic Worcestershire Sauce

3 lb Boneless Roast Beef

1 Cream of Mushroom soup can

1 Soup can of water

3/4 cup Brown Sugar

1/4 cup Vinegar

2 tsp Salt

1 cup water

Directions:

Brown the roast beef on all sides in a large pot. Combine all of the other ingredients and pour over beef. Cover and simmer for 1 hour. Add more water if necessary. Vegetables, carrots and potatoes may also be added.
