The flavor combination of savory and crunchy will bring smiles to all who eat it!
Ingredients:
2 tbsp FRENCH'S® Classic Worcestershire Sauce
2.8 oz FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions
2 tbsp olive oil
8 oz boneless pork loin chops
1/2 cup lemon-lime soda
13.75 oz can golden mushroom soup
6 oz can button mushrooms, drained
8 oz farfalle noodles, cooked
Directions:
Heat olive oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Cut boneless pork chops into 1 1/2-inch cubes; add to hot oil in pan. Cook and stir until no longer pink, about 4 minutes. Drain off fat. Add soda, mushroom soup, Worcestershire sauce and mushrooms to pan. Cook and stir until mixture comes to a boil.
Place noodles on each of 4 serving plates. Spoon pork and mushroom sauce over noodles. Sprinkle with French fried onions. Serve immediately.
