Savory Oven-Baked Home Fries

These are easy to make in the oven, and taste like you went to the diner. Savory-spicy French's worcestershire sauce makes the smile ingredient in these....AND just add a little to your favorite ketchup for dipping !

Ingredients:

2 tbsp FRENCH'S® Classic Worcestershire Sauce

1 tbsp FRENCH'S® Worcestershire Sauce Products

6 Medium scrubbed potatoes

2 tbsp canola oil

1 tsp Zesty seasoned salt

1 tsp sugar

1/4 cup ketchup

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Slice scrubbed potatoes, with skins on, as you would for french fries. Blot potatoes with a paper towel to dry. Place potatoes in single layer on a large baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Drizzle the potatoes with 2 T French's Worcestershire Sauce and then drizzle with 2T oil, toss with your fingersto coat evenly. In a small cup , mix zesty seasoned salt & sugar. Sprinkle over potatoes. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes, then flip them over once or twice. Return the potatoes to oven and increase oven tmperature to 400 degrees. Bake another 5-10 minutes until potatoes are tender and browned on outside. FOR DIPPING ( savory ketchup) : Mix 1/4 C ketchup with 1 T French's Worcestershire sauce and serve in small dish with the home fries.
These are a softer-textured "home"fry, like inthe diners.
