Savor Salmon Taco Bar

My recipe brings smiles because it is unique and as easy as A-B-C. One whiff of the aroma that the Salmon Taco bar radiates through the kitchen is like an instant dinner bell. The crunch of the French Fried Onions and the tang of the sauce sends your palate in overdrive. My recipe is healthy, fast and more than satisfying. Most important, young children seem to love this recipe. It has a healthy dose of Omega-3!!

Ingredients:

2 tbsp FRENCH'S® Honey Mustard

1 cup FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions

1/2 cup Fresh Greek Yogurt

1 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped

14.75 oz Salmon, canned

12 oz 1 bag broccoli Cole Slaw

2 oz Feta Cheese, crumbles

8 Whole Wheat Taco Tortillas

Directions:

(1) Mix yogurt, mustard, and 1/2 cup fresh cilantro in a bowl. (2)Salt and Pepper to taste. (3) Place Salmon in a bowl. (4) Place Broccoli Cole Slaw mix in a bowl. (5) Place feta cheese in a bowl. (6)Place French's French Fried Onion Original in a bowl. (7) Place additional fresh chopped cilantro in a bowl (8) Place Tortillas on a plate. (8) Assemble Savory Salmon Tacos by layering the tortillas with Salmon, Broccoli Cole Slaw mix, sauce, and top with feta cheese, fresh cilantro and French Fried Onions! ENJOY!
