Sausage & Cheese Rolls

These are the absolute best for Christmas morning brunch or the morning after new years, something about the smell of them baking in the oven. They are so easy to make and so delicious to eat. Enjoy : )

PREP TIME 20 min

Ingredients:

1/2 cup FRENCH'S® Dijon Mustard

16 oz Roll of Regular Ground Sausage

2 cup Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese

2 cup Grated Pepper Jack

20 oz Refrigerated Pizza Dough

3 tsp Sesame Seeds

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In a large frying pan brown the sausage over med-high heat. Drain fat. Cool. Grate cheeses and combine together. Open pizza doughs place on lightly floured surface. Spread 1/4 cup of mustard over each of the doughs, with a spatula. Next, sprinkle the cheeses evenly over each of the doughs, coating thoroughly. Then, sprinkle the sausage bits over the all of the dough. Roll up tightly and evenly. Cut each of the rolls of dough into 8 pieces. Place in a greased 9x13 glass baking dish. (it is alright is the rolls are touching) Sprinkle evenly with sesame seeds, if desired. Bake for 30 minutes, if you like yours more golden brown, bake longer. Serve warm for best taste and texture.
