Saucy Chicken Medallions

Because it is to easy I feel guilty making it!

1 tbsp FRENCH'S® Classic Worcestershire Sauce

1 tbsp FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard

3/4 cup Brown Sugar

1/2 cup Ketchup

2 lb Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breasts


Preheat Oven to 350. Rinse and completely dry chicken and cut into 2" strips or medallions. In a separate bowl mix remaining ingredients until blended. Add chicken pieces and stir until all pieces are covered with sauce. Pour all onto a cookie sheet that has been sprayed with Pam. Place in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until sauce has started to carmelize and chicken is cooked thoroughly.
Note: I used 1Tb. & 1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce but site would not allow a fraction on my entry. Serve with fresh vegetables, fruit and or salad for a complete meal. Also makes a wonderful sandwich for kids of all ages when placed on a toasted roll.
