I love to watch peoples expressions when they experience the mixture of spice and sweet.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup FRENCH'S® Bold n' Spicy Brown Mustard
2 oz FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions
3/4 lb ground ham
1/2 lb ground pork
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup honey
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. In large bowl blend together ham, pork, egg, bread crumbs, 1/2 Tablespoon mustard, salt and pepper. Form mixture into 1 " balls and place on non-stick baking dish to bake. Bake for 20 minutes, turning once. Meanwhile, put honey in a shallow dish and stir and warm until just runny. Place French's onions in plastic bag and crumble. When meatballs are done, drain and individually roll each in honey then toss with onion. Place a tooth pick in each and place on serving dish. Serve with dip made of leftove mustard and honey. If making ahead warm in 350 degree oven for 7 minutes before serving
