The sandwiches are double YUMMY!! Easy to prepare. Perfect for parties and potlucks. Kids and adults love them.
Ingredients:
1 tbsp FRENCH'S® Spicy Brown Mustard
1 tbsp FRENCH'S® Worcestershire Sauce Products
8 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Brown Sugar
2 tsp Poppy Seeds (Optional)
1/2 lb Sliced Roast Beef
1/4 lb Swiss or Provolone Cheese
1 tsp One Package of Dinner Rolls in an aluminum pan (Sister Schuberts is perfect)
Directions:
Melt butter, mix in mustard, worcestershire sauce and brown sugar until well blended. Slice open horizontally the dinner rolls. Spoon some of the sauce on bottom layer of rolls, add meat and cheeses and little more sauce, close with the top layer of bread. Add a little more sauce and sprinkle with poppy seeds (optional). Cover with aluminum foil and sit over night. Bake at 325 for about 25-30 minutes and then another 5 minutes without foil.
Depending on your oven it could take longer so they aren't soggy. Keep the temp low so it doesn't burn on the bottom.
Cut into quarters for a full size sandwich or cut roll size for appetizers.
You can vary the type of dinner rolls; amount and type of meats and cheeses, use vegatarian alternative meat and make more sauce too...
