Ingredients:
1 tbsp FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup mayo or sald dressing
3 lb cooked baby red potatoes
1 cup celery
1/2 cup onion vidailla
1 lb bacon or ham
1 pt eggs
Directions:
wash and start to boil eggs 7 min., potatoes 30 min., cook bacon or ham, crumble or chop ham. peal eggs remove yolks. mix yolks and mayo , mustard and 2 tbs. sugar and sour cream, whip 2 min. add 1/4 cup sweet relish. Chop onion and celery,cut potatoes, put in bowl with meat then add dressing, mix . slice egg whites, toss sald top with red pepper and pepperica and chill.
Serves 6 great for dinner or side dish, left overs for 2 days. Enjoy
