Super speedy to make and an easy way to get your Omega-3!
Ingredients:
2 tbsp FRENCH'S® Honey Dijon Mustard
1 tsp FRENCH'S® Classic Worcestershire Sauce
15.75 oz 1 can salmon, skin and bones removed
1/2 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
1/3 cup mayonnaise, divided
3 croissants, halved lengthwise
2 cup arugula or watercress
Directions:
Gently mix salmon with walnuts, 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.
Spread remaining mayonnaise evenly on one side of croissant halves. Top with salmon mixture. Divide arugula or watercress between sandwiches. Top with remaining croissant halves and serve.
