Salmon & Tuna cakes

My family fights over them everytime I make them.

Ingredients:

4 tbsp FRENCH'S® Dijon Mustard

2 cup FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions

6 oz Pink Salmon, drained

6 oz White Albacore Tuna, drained

1 zest & juice lemon

1/3 cup Mayonaise

1 egg

1/2 cup bread crumbs

Directions:

Combine tuna & salmon breaking-up clumps with a fork. Add juice & zest of 1 lemon, mayonaise, dijon mustard, 1 cup of crushed onion rings,egg & bread crumbs. Blend well. Heat a large frypan coated with olive oil over med high heat. While pan is heating divided mixture into 8 patties. Place remaining crushed onion rings inpie plate or other shallow dish. Press each side of patties in onions. Carefully place patties in fry pan. Cook 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown. 2 patties per serving.
Optionally if you enjoy a little kick add a few dashes of favorite hot sauce to mixture.
