Roasted Green Bean Salad

This recipe echos the classic flavors of green bean casserole, but with a light and fresh taste. It is a perfect side dish for grilled meat or fish.

Ingredients:

1/2 tbsp FRENCH'S® Reduced Sodium Worcestershire Sauce (30 % less Sodium)

1/2 tbsp FRENCH'S® Spicy Brown Mustard

1/2 cup FRENCH'S® Cheddar French Fried Onions

1 tbsp Olive Oil

1 lb Fresh Green Beans

8 oz Whole Button Mushrooms

Directions:

Preheat over to 425 degrees. Wash and trim green beans. Wash mushrooms, dry thoroughly and cut into quarters. Combine Worcestershire sauce, mustard, oil, and pepper in a 9x13 inch non-stick baking dish. Add beans and mushrooms, stir to coat with oil mixture. Bake in preheated over for 12 to 15 minutes, stirring once. Transfer to a serving dish and top with French fried onions.
