Roasted Asparagus with Mustard Glaze

I love this recipe because it's fast, pretty and good for you! It's a great way to get kids to eat their veggies, but has a grown-up taste as well, the best of both worlds!

Ingredients:

1 cup FRENCH'S® Dijon Mustard

2 tbsp Olive oil

4 Garlic cloves, crushed

24 Asparagus spears

1 cup Bread crumbs

1 tsp salt

Directions:

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Mix together mustard, olive oil and crushed garlic in a small bowl. Snap the bottom ends from the asparagus spears and place spears in a casserole dish. Pour half of the mustard mixture over the asparagus and roll asparagus to ensure even coating. Mix the remaining mustard mixture with the breadcrumbs and sprinkle evenly over the asparagus. Bake for 15 minutes or until tender. Sprinkle with salt and serve.
