Ribeye Burger

Expectations are never that high when you announce burgers for dinner. Then, you hear the "mmmmmmmmmmmmm" when these burgers hit the mouths.

Ingredients:

12 oz FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions

1.5 lb Sirloing Flap Steak

1 lb 1 Ribye Steak well marbled

1 tbsp Kosher Salt

1 tbsp Granulated Garlic

8 oz Sliced Cheese of Choice

Directions:

Grind all meat together, mixing well without mashing together. Do not handle any more that necessary. DO NOT TRIM OFF ANY FAT!!! Form patties very gently, leaving as loose as possible but so they will hold together long enough to cook. Sprinkle the kosher salt, garlic, and a little fresh ground black pepper on each pattie. Let sit for 30 minutes, long enough to get the grill going. I prefer charcoal for cooking, but thats another debate. Grill 'til preferred tenderness. Top with sliced cheese of choice, any French's condiments you choose, and some French's Fried onions. Plop on your favorite buns and Enjoy!!!
