We always have one night a week when we have left overs. I don't like to eat the same thing twice in the same week. This is perfect for a quick meal between work/school and evening activities.
Ingredients:
1 tbsp FRENCH'S® Classic Worcestershire Sauce
2 tbsp FRENCH'S® Honey Dijon Mustard
1/2 lb Left over roast, steak, pork or chicken
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 cup Frozen peppers and onions or oriental mix
1/2 cup uncooked instant rice
1/3 cup water
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Directions:
Put all ingredients but the meat in a large covered skillet over medium heat. Cut cooked meat into thin strips. Add to pan and stir.
Any of Freches prepared mustard products work well. I add a little crushed red pepper to mine when I serve this. My wife is not a fan of the heat. If you are a tsp or two of crushed red pepper in the pot is great.If we have tortillas we skip the rice and soy sauce and serve with salsa.
