"Low-fat" never tasted so good! This super easy, super fast recipe packs loads of flavor and is perfect for everyone who has "no time to cook".

PREP TIME 10 min

Ingredients:

2 tbsp FRENCH'S® Spicy Brown Mustard

1 tsp FRENCH'S® Worcestershire Sauce Products

1 lb 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

2 tsp 2 garlic cloves, crushed

3 tbsp lemon juice

3 tbsp soy sauce (Kikkoman)

1 tbsp small capers

Directions:

Place chicken breast halves on flat surface, top with clear wrap, and pound to 1/4" - 1/2" thickness with a heavy skillet. In small bowl mix sauce ingredients: garlic, lemon juice, soy sauce, capers, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Heat oil in non-stick frying pan over medium heat, add chicken, and cook until lightly browned, approx. 3-4 minutes on each side. Remove meat to platter; keep warm. Add sauce mixture to pan, heat thoroughly while stirring with pan drippings, then pour over meat. Serve immediately with colorful steamed vegetable medley.
This dish is delicious with pork tenderloin as well: cut into 1 1/2" slices and flatten into 1/4" thick medallions (using same technique as with chicken)
