Pumpkin Pie Spiced Apple & Raisins Chutney Over Honey Dijon Glazed Pork Cutlets

What better way to make your family smile than to bring them all the flavors of a holiday dinner in one quick and easy to make dish. The sweet juicy goodness of an apple pie with a hint of pumpkin pie spice makes the perfect toping to these mouth watering honey Dijon glazed pork cutlets. Tender, juicy, sweat and delicious.

Ingredients:

3 tbsp FRENCH'S® Honey Dijon Mustard

3 tbsp Sweet Cream Salted Butter

1.5 cup Apple (diced, Fuji or golden delicious)

1/4 cup Raisins

2 tsp Pumpkin pie spice

1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper

1.5 lb Boneless pork loin chops

1/2 cup Apple cider

3/4 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

Directions:

Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a large skillet over medium high heat, add diced apple, raisins and 1/2tsp pumpkin pie spice saute till apples start to take on a golden brown color (about 5 minutes). Combine remaining pumpkin pie spice, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper. Pound pork out till 1/4 inch thick. Coat pork with spice mixture. Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a large skillet over medium high heat. Place pork in skillet and cook for 1 to 2 minutes, flip pork and coat top with French's® Honey Dijon Mustard. Deglaze pan with apple cider. Cook an additional 2 minutes and then flip again. Immediately add apple mixture to pan and cook for about a minute. Place pork cutlets onto a plate, spoon apple mixture on top.
Makes four servings two cutlets each serving.
