Potatoes Au Gratin French's Way

It is comfort food like a cross between scallopped corn and au gratin potatoes. It is a one dish meal with the addition of the ham cubes. It is elevated to a new level with the tang of the yellow mustard, the yumminess of melted cheese and the crunch of the french fried onions. Green beans aren't the only vegetable that long to be in a casserole with french's fried onions. Did you know mustard raises your metabolism level???!!!
