Potatoe Salad

Alot of people I know just don't cook alot anymore. They go to the store and buy salad.We've always got invitations to the picnic's because they know I'll bring my potatoe salad.Among other faves.

Ingredients:

3 tbsp FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard

5 cup 6 potatoe's cut into small pcs.

1.5 cup Kraft Miracle Whip Salad Dressing

1/4 cup small onion optional

1 cup 5,hard boiled eggs 4 chopped small

1/4 tsp garlic powder

Directions:

boil eggs, and potatoe's. drain, and peel. refridgerate.blend all other ingredients in a medium sized bowl.mix potatoe's (small cut)into mixture. Dice up 4 eggs and add to mixture. Slice remaining egg and place decrative on top of salad. I personally like to sprinkle paprika over the top, and sometimes add a few thin slices of bell pepper and radishes for color.
This is a great recipe, but it actually tastes better after it has sat in the fridge overnight.
