Ingredients:
3 cup FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions
8 oz Sour Cream
1 cup Cream of Mushroom Soup
3 cup Cheese
2 tbsp Jalapenos
3 lb Red Potatoes
2 tbsp garlic
2 tbsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Directions:
Boil and Par-cook potatoes. De-seed japlenos, and mince both chiles. Mince 2 cloves of garlic. Once potatoes are par-cooked, shock and strain them. Small dice them and add them to bowl. Add in one container of sour cream (8 oz) one can of mushroom soup, and up to one package of chedder cheese. Stir in garlic and jalpenos, and add 2 TBL salt and a few pinchs of pepper. Once flavors are evenly mixed, place into a baking dish and top with french's fried onions. place in oven for about 35-45 min, until cheese is completely melted and potatoes are finished cooking.
Can vary any cheese and any spices such as adding a red onion and taking out japlenos. Adding bell peppers. Its always good to add lots of cheese, its your choice of how much to how little.
