Potato Salad

Because anything with French's Mustard in it,is sure to bring a smile to anyones face.

Ingredients:

3 tbsp FRENCH'S® Horseradish Mustard

Directions:

In a medium sized pan cook potatoes ,then cool to cut into cubes,set aside.In a small pan mix 3 tablespoons sugar ,3 tablespoons vinegar ,the 3 tablespoons of mustard and 1 egg yolk.Blend well and cook over medium heat stirring constantly until thickened,add a little milk and refrigerate to cool and mix into potatoes.Can add onions if desired.
If to thick can add a little milk.Can not upload a picture of salad
