Potato Salad

My dad and son love my potato salad and request it at all family cookouts. Sometimes it is requested at Christmas or Easter. Its homemade and made with love.

Ingredients:

3 tbsp FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard

3 lb Potatoes

2 cup Light Miracle Whip

2 tbsp Dried Onion

2 tbsp Dried Dill

3 Hard boiled egg

1/4 tsp Salt

1 tsp Pepper

Directions:

Wash, peel and cut potatoes. Put in pot of water and bring to boil. Fork a chunk to check desired tenderness. Drain potatos and let cool for about 10 minutes. While potatoes are cooking boil three eggs. Once eggs are done boiling, run under cold water to cool. Peel and cut eggs and add to potatoes. Add Miracle Whip, mustard, onion, dill, salt and pepper. Stir all ingredients until entire salad is coated with Miracle Whip and mustard. Taste test for quality check.
