My Family loved these chops from the first time I made them. Everytime I say I am preparing these for dinner I get lot's of "Yeah's". They are like heaven on a plate.
7 tbsp FRENCH'S® Spicy Brown Mustard
1 cup Seedless Blackberry Preserves
3 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
1 tbsp Dry Mustard
4 Boneless Pork Chops
1/2 tsp Sage
1/2 tsp Thyme
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Preheat oven to 200 degrees. In a small bowl combine thyme, sage, salt and pepper. Rub evenly over pork chops.
Place olive oil in a nonstick skillet. Cook pork chops for 6 to 7 minutes on each side, turning once. Remove from skillet and keep warm in preheated oven.
In the same skillet combine the preserves, Spicy Brown Mustard and the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, or until sauce is reduced to desired consistency (sauce will thicken as it cools). Spoon sauce in a pool onto a serving plate, and top with pork chops. Garnish with fresh Blackberries.
