Pocket Melts

Pocket Melts are a fast and easy way to put a smile on anyone's face. This quick recipe can be enjoyed by the whole family any day of the week. It's even a great grab-and-go meal for those busy days!

2 tbsp FRENCH'S® Honey Dijon Mustard

8 oz 1 Package of crescent rolls

1 lb Smoked ham or smoked turkey

.5 lb Swiss cheese


Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Open the crescent roll package. Take two of the unrolled triangular pieces of dough and form them together to make one square piece of dough. Place dough squares on a lightly sprayed baking sheet. Place lunch meat in an unsprayed pan on the stove. Flip lunch meat after one to two minutes to warm the other side. This is just to heat up the lunch meat. Fold about 4-5 slices (or desired amount) of lunch meat in half and place them on one side of the dough square. Place two slices of Swiss cheese on top of the lunch meat. Squeeze desired amount of French’s Honey Dijon Mustard over the cheese. Take the top two corners of the dough square and fold them down over the filling to the bottom two corners, forming a rectangle. With a fork, press the edges slightly to seal the pocket and to create a nice edge. Bake the pockets for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
