Ingredients:
4 tbsp FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard
1 lb trader joes Roasted garlic asiago bread
1 cup yellow squash
1 cup Japanese eggplant
2 tbsp garlic gloves
1 cup red bell pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cup small can tomato sauce
Directions:
Slice bread lengthwise. Scoop excess bread from middle of bread. Spread mustard evenly over surface. Saute all cut up vegetables in 1 tablespoon olive oil. Add tomato sauce. When cooked, spread on both sides of bread. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour or until bread is crisp. Serves 2-4 depending on how hungry one is.
