Philly's Best Fried Chicken

My family loves fried chicken and they've decided that there is no fried chicken crispier and moister than this chicken. The mustard locks in the juices and the crushed pretzels give the chicken an amazing crunch!

Ingredients:

3/4 cup FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard

2 lb Chicken pieces- drumsticks or thighs

2 cup Crushed Pretzels

2 pt vegetable oil

Directions:

Coat all chicken with mustard. Dip in pretzel crumbs. Cook in vegetable oil that has been preheated to 325 degrees. Drop in chicken carefully, so as not to splash. Don’t crowd pan, do a couple batches. Cook until done through. About 10-15 minutes. Chicken will be very juicy from the mustard but still crunchy on the outside.
