2 tbsp FRENCH'S® Classic Worcestershire Sauce

2 tbsp Light Brown Sugar

1/8 tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp melted butter or margarine

16 pre-cooked bacon strips cut into small pieces


Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray large non-stick sheet pan with cooking spray. In small bowl, whisk together French's Classic Worcestershire, cinnamon and melted butter. Pour the mixture onto the prepared sheet pan, then add the cut-up bacon strips and toss in the mixture to coat well. Spread out on the pan slightly. Bake in 325 degree oven, turning every 7 minutes, for 20-25 minutes total until well browned.
YOu can use the pre-cooked bacon strips sold usually in a package of 14-16 strips, which works just fine to cut up into small pieces. This is great for snacking , or you can use it to top off a great salad !
