Even the kids like it!
Ingredients:
2 tbsp FRENCH'S® Spicy Brown Mustard
4 fresh Tilapia
4 tbsp brown sugar
.25 cup walnuts
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
Heat stove to slightly above medium heat. Pour oil in non-stick fry pan. While stove is heating up, brush French's Spicy Brown Mustard on both sides of tilapia. In a food processor, mix walnuts and brown sugar until nuts are quite small. Place nut/sugar mix on plate. Lightly coat both sides of tilapia in nut/sugar mix and place on heated fry pan. Saute about 3 minutes per side, until flaky. Enjoy immediately!
