My kids love the taste of peanut butter and enjoy this recipe very much. Its a great recipe for beef that can be combined with many side dishes to creat a meal.
Ingredients:
1 tsp FRENCH'S® Classic Worcestershire Sauce
1 lb beef strips
3 tbsp peanut butter
8 tbsp soy sauce
Directions:
mix the peanut butter and soy sauce to make a marinade. Add more soy sauce if needed for desired consistancy. Add the beef strips (or cubed is also fine) in the marinade. Place in fridge to marinade for about 1-2 hours. Beef can be grilled directly on grill or can also be used to make cabobs.
