Oven Baked Honey Mustard Chicken

Oven baked chicken is superb. But when you add French's, it brings back a childhood memory of when my mom always used to cook with French's. It makes us smile because it is the family's favorite mustard.

Ingredients:

8 tbsp FRENCH'S® Honey Mustard

1 lb FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Use three medium size bowls. In bowl number one whisk 6 eggs. In bowl number two pour 4 cups of flour into it. In bowl number three fill it with French's crunchy onions. Take the chicken breast and dip it into the flour, egg and then crunchy onions. Repeat this step for all the chicken. Place the chicken in a 6in deep glass baking pan. Pour French's Honey mustard over the top of each chicken breast. Place it in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
