Orange Pork Chops

This is my husbands favorite recipe. He loves pork chops and has always like to dip his cooked pork chops in mustand. This gave me the idea to mix mustard in with orange juice to give him more of the cooked in flavor.

Ingredients:

3 tbsp FRENCH'S® Spicy Brown Mustard

Directions:

mix 3 tablespoons orange juice with 3 tablespoons spicy dijon mustard (can use any type of French's Mustard) brush on both sides of pork chops. Next coat pork chop with crushed dried wheat crackers and fry in a pan with olive oil over medium heat for about 10 to 15 minutes each side.
sometimes I will crush cereal or use progresso dry bread crumbs instead of the wheat crackers.
