Onion-Topped Shrimp and Veggie Casserole

This recipe has a wonderful aroma and a creamy and crunchy texture. Everyone will love it!

Ingredients:

2 tbsp FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard

2.8 oz FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions

1 non-stick cooking spray

10.75 oz cream of shrimp soup

5 oz evaporated milk

8 oz farfalle noodles,cooked

1 lb cooked, peeled shrimp

1 cup frozen mixed vegetables, thawed

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray. In a large bowl, blend soup with evaporated milk and mustard. Stir in noodles, shrimp and vegetables. Pour into prepared casserole dish. Top with French fried onions. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 30 minutes. Serve immediately.
