Onion Topper Chops

With school and sports schedules, it can be hard, but we try to sit down together as a family just as often as we can for our evening meal. I really like to make these meals special. When my teenagers hit the door, this recipe brings the response, "Wow! Supper sure smells great, Mom! When can we eat?"

PREP TIME 10 min

Ingredients:

6 cup FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions Products

3/4 cup FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard

1 tbsp FRENCH'S® Worcestershire Sauce Products

6 tbsp Butter

2 tsp Lawry's Seasoned Salt

3 tbsp Milk

6 lb 3/4 inch Pork Chops (6)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Crush French Fried Onions. Combine with melted butter and seasoned salt in a bowl. In a second bowl whisk together French's Yellow Mustard, French's Worcestershire Sauce, and milk. Dip chops in mustard sauce first then coat with French Fried Onion mix. Place on aluminum foiled baking tray. Bake for 45-50 minutes.
I crush the French Fried Onions in a plastic bag with a rolling pin. They don't need to be finely crushed.
