Ingredients:

6 oz FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions

1 loaf Multi-grain french bread

3/4 lb thin-sliced deli roast beef

1/2 green pepper, large

1/4 cup canned beef broth

1 cup shredded parmesan cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 tbsp soft margarine spread

1/4 cup water

Directions:

Preheat over to 350 degrees. Spray a 13x9 in. baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Chop the green pepper into appx. 1 in. pieces and saute in water in 10 in. skillet 15 minutes. While green pepper is cooking, slice french bread into 18 1/2 inch thick slices and thinly spread margarine on one side. Place in the baking dish buttered side up. Layer half of the French's fried onions on top of bread slices, then layer the green peppers over onions. Cut the roast beef into small pieces and place on top of the onions and peppers. Sprinkle cheeses over the roast beef. Top with the remaining French's fried onions and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
