a delicious alternative to regular ground beef burgers!
Ingredients:
.5 cup FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions
1 tbsp FRENCH'S® Honey Mustard
1.5 lb lean ground turkey
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
4 hamburger buns
Directions:
Separate the ground turkey into 8 equal sized round patties. Sprinkle 4 of the patties with 2 tablespoons crushed fried onions and mozzarella cheese, and top with remaining patties. Seal burgers closed around the edges. Season with salt and pepper to your liking. Grill or pan fry about 5 minutes per side until done. Place burger on bun and top with honey mustard if desired.
