Onion corned beef

very filling we call it our St Pats day casserole because it goes good with green beer.

Ingredients:

3 cup FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions

24 oz canned corn beef

10 oz frozen shredded potatoes(thawed)

1/2 cup salad dressing

1/2 cup hoseradish Mustard French

1 cup carrot precooked and shredded

3 cup swiss cheese shredded

Directions:

spray 9x13 pan with Pam preheat oven 350 degrees Line bottom of pan with corned beef Mix potatoes salad dressing Horseradich Mustard water and swiss cheese in bowl spread over beef. drain carrotts and sprinkle over potatoe mixture cover with crumbled onions bake 30 min cool 10 min
