Oh La La Chicken Potato Pizza

This recipe is a family favorite and always enjoyed by guests who drop by. I have a huge smile on my face when I am reminded of my husband boasting to his friends about how he loves this pizza and his wife for making it.

3 tbsp FRENCH'S® Honey Dijon Mustard

1/3 cup FRENCH'S® Cheddar French Fried Onions

1 12 inch gourmet pre-made pizza crust

1/3 cup jarred Alfredo pasta sauce

1/2 tsp dried rosemary

2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

11/2 cup precooked and chopped rotisserie or roasted chicken

11/2 cup frozen prepared roasted potatoes (such as Green Giant or Ore-Ida)


Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a vented pizza pan or large baking sheet with parchment baking paper trimmed so that edges do not hang over the pan and will not touch oven walls. In a small bowl mix together Alf redo sauce with French’s Honey Dijon Mustard and rosemary. Spread evenly onto pizza crust. Top with cheese, chicken and potatoes. Bake for 10 minutes, top with FRENCH'S® Cheddar French Fried Onions and continue to cook an additional 3-6 minutes until onions are golden and cheese is melted and bubbly. To crisp the crust, remove from pan and place crust directly on the oven rack for 3 additional minutes.
