This is so easy to make! It dates back to my great-grandmother. I remember my mom making it during my childhood and now I make it for my children.
Ingredients:
4 tsp FRENCH'S® Spicy Brown Mustard
1 lb American cheese
1 cup Onion
1 cup Green bell pepper
1 oz Pre-cooked bacon
6 tbsp Mayonnaise
24 oz English Muffins
Directions:
Put cheese, onion, pepper, and bacon through a meat grinder. Add mustard and mayonnaise and mix well with a wooden spoon.
Cut 12 whole English muffins in half and spread about 1 tbsp. of the cheesy, bacon spread evenly over the muffin.
Place on a baking sheet and under the broiler until the tops are a dark, golden brown, and edges of muffins are crisp.
