My Unique Chicken poultry balls

My 9 yr old daughter is very picky about her food and being a Mom who cares about her eating well, I thought of this recipe to introduce her to something different! She normally dislikes onions but this way they are integrated where she likes them and absolutely loves these poultry balls along with my family and friends who have had them! I can't keep them in the house once I make them, it brings smiles to all and full tummies! Enjoy!
