Ingredients:

1/2 cup FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp corn starch

14 oz new york strip/rib eye

Directions:

spread frenchs yellow mustard on 14-16 new york strip or rib eye cover with 1 tbl spoon cracked black pepper corns turn steak and repeat on opposite side add olive oil to medium high skillet place in steak. mix 1/2 cup water and corn starch in mixing bowl and blend cook steaks 2 1/2 minutes per side remove and cover for 15 minutes add corn starch and water mixture to skillet reduce heat to low and simmer add remaining yellow mustard. remove steak and cover with gravy.
