You will love this elegant fish dinner!! It is quick and easy! In basically one pot meal! Just throw a salad with it an special dinner in less than 30 minutes!!!!!
Ingredients:
2 tbsp FRENCH'S® Horseradish Mustard
2 tsp FRENCH'S® Worcestershire Sauce Products
4 oz 4 filets of white fish 4 oz each
8 oz sour cream
1/2 cup finely chopped shallots
1 lb angel hair pasta
2 tbsp olive oil
Directions:
boil water for pasta, cook pasta & drain, saute shallots in olive oil,mix sour cream shallots mustard worershire, salt & pepper toghther. place fish fillets in baking dish pour sour cream mixture over top place in oven. Bake at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes until fish is flakey pour over pasta.
This is a very elegant fast and easy dinner. Basically a one pot meal! Tastes wonderful!!
