My family loves potato salad and they really enjoyed the sweet mixed with dill flavor. They laugh at the green onions because I hate other kinds of onions.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard
10 Red potatoes
6 Hard-boiled eggs
1 cup Salad Dressing
1/2 cup Green Onions
1 tbsp Sweet Pickle Relish
1 tbsp Dill Pickle Relish
1 tbsp Dill Pickle Juice (optional)
Directions:
Wash and cut potatoes into chunks. Boil until tender (approx 15 min). Bring another pan of water to a boil. Carefully add eggs to boiling water. Boil approx 12 min. (I like to do the potatoes and eggs the night before, otherwise let cool enough to handle). When cool, peel eggs and chop into bite size pieces. Chop green onions. Drain and cool potatoes an place in bowl with eggs. Add rest of ingredients. Mix together and enjoy.
I created this twist on potato salad because I only like green onions and I was having trouble deciding between dill and sweet relish. I took a chance and added both, and my family went crazy for it. It just added a different flavor. I probably use more mustard than called for because my family really likes the flavor.
