Mustard Orange Chicken

The flavors are great and my family loves the combination of the mustard and orange juice. My son is always vey happy when I make this for him.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard

6 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts

1/2 cup juice of a large fresh orange

4 tbsp Balsamic Vinager

2 tbsp Red Wine Vinager

2 tsp Smokey Paprika

1 tbsp Fresh Thyme

1/2 cup Shallot

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

Directions:

Trim chicken breast of fat. Place chicken breasts in a shallow dish, so they are in a single layer. Dice shallots and place in a bowl. Add the rest of the ingredents and mix together. Pour over chicken breasts and let marinate for 15 min. In a large skillet cook chicken on medium high heat,for 10 to 15 minutes, or until juices run clear in the chicken. Pour the pan juices over chicken before serving.
Serve with your favorite side dishes.
