Mushroom-Swiss Bierock Sliders

In Nebraska we have Runza restaurants that these were modeled after. They have been a long, long time and are very popular. These bring smiles to everyone who tastes them. And, they always want the recipe.

Ingredients:

2 tbsp FRENCH'S® Spicy Brown Mustard

2 tbsp FRENCH'S® Classic Worcestershire Sauce

1 lb ground beef

3 tbsp onion, chopped

14 oz bag of coleslaw

1 oz 8 slices swiss cheese

10 oz condensed beef mushroom soup

8 hamburger buns

Directions:

Season ground beef with salt & pepper to taste. Brown ground beef over medium high heat. Add minced onion, Frenchs mustard and Frenchs Worcestshire sauce. Cook until onion is done. Add coleslaw, cover and cook until slaw is wilted. Uncover put buns on top of mixture and cover again. Cook about 1 minute until buns are steamed. Remove from heat. Remove buns from mixture. Spread mushroom soup with a pastry brush on bottom bun, add meat mixture and a slice of Swiss cheese and serve.
If you cannot find beef-mushroom soup regular mushroom or golden mushroom soup is fine. Also, you can chop mushrooms and add to mixture.
