6 oz FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions
2 eggs
1 lb lean ground beef
1 lb ground turkey
1 tsp italian seasoning
1 tbsp grated Parmesean cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
Directions:
combine all ingrediants togather well . light pat hands with additional Olive Oil roll Meatballs App.1oz each .place on baking pan or roasting rack, bake in 350 degree oven till done app.35 min Can also be made into smaller size for snacks or sweedish meetballs, Once cooled i freeze them than put into storage bags for easy access for meals or company
