Mom Ashley's Famous Potato Salad

It has a wonderful southern taste and goes well with any dish particularly fried chicken. This recipe has been passed down through the years and each time Ive made it for new friends they have always expressed that its the best potato salad they have ever had!

Ingredients:

1/4 cup FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard

1 cup Mayonnaise

5 lb Baby Red Potatos

1 cup Dill Pickles

6 Large Boiled Eggs, Chopped

3 tbsp Dill Pickle juice

1 small white onion

1 gal water

2 tbsp salt

Directions:

Chop baby red potato's into small pieces and boil in water until fork tender. While potato's boil, chop onion, pickles, and eggs into bite sized pieces. Drain water from potato's and place in a large bowl. Add into bowl, onions, pickles, eggs, pickle juice, mayonnaise, salt, and Frenchs mustard and mix until well blended. Serve warm or cold.
