Mile High Cheeseburger

This burger is messy and filling. An easy and quick meal that is a perfect alternative to a resturant burger.

Ingredients:

2 tbsp FRENCH'S® Spicy Brown Mustard

1 cup FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions

1 cup Mayonaise

1 Egg

1 tsp Garlic

8 American Cheese

1 lb Chopped Meat

1 tsp McCormic Steak House Seasoning

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

Directions:

Defrost Chopped meat add egg and mix well Crush 1/2 cup french fried onions finely and add to meat add seasonings. Sprinkle frying pan with salt and shape meat into 4 patties and place in pan cook on medium heat until desired doneness. Fliping ocassionally. When burgers are just about done top each burger with two slices of cheese and cook until melted. In a medium bowl mix mayo and mustard. Add in garlic and season with salt and pepper to taste. Put aside Once burgers are to desired doneness place one burger on the plate spread the mayo mustard mixture on top of burger and sprinkle with french fried onions. Place another burger on top of burger and repeat last steps. Place on bun or eat without.
