Mighty Mustard Baked Barbecue Chicken

Ingredients:

11/2 cup FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard

11/2 cup Light Brown Sugar

11/2 cup Cider Vinegar

1/4 cup Hot Chili Powder

2 tsp White Pepper

1 tsp Soy Sauce

1/4 cup Butter

8 Drumsticks/Breast Halves pieces

Directions:

In a small sauce pan combine French's mustard, sugar, vinegar, chili powder, and white pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in soy sauce and butter. Place chicken in a large baking dish and pour on sauce. Cover and bake 40 minutes at 400F.
