Mesmerising Meatloaf

My husband loves my meatloaf. It is so easy to make and super delicious.

PREP TIME 10 min

Ingredients:

2 tbsp FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard

1 lb lean ground beef

3/4 cup Corn Flake Crumbs

1 grated sweet vidalia onion

4 oz ketchup

1 oz large egg

2 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

Directions:

Mix 1/2 ketchup and remaining ingredients in a bowl. Form into loaf and place in loaf pan. Cover with remaining 1 cup of ketchup. Bake at 375 for one hour. Drain after 30 minutes and continue cooking for 20 minutes.
